 12 oz pork sausage
 1 roll of refrigerated biscuits
 ½ cup flour
 3 cups milk
 ½ tsp salt
 1 dash ground pepper

-Preheat oven according to biscuit package instructions.
-In a large skillet, brown pork sausage on medium heat. Crumble and stir until cooked through. Do not drain.
-Once oven is preheated, bake biscuits according to package instructions.
-Add flour to sausage, and stir to coat.
-Add milk and simmer on medium medium low heat. Gravy will thicken as it cooks.
-Add more milk if needed.
-Season with salt and pepper.
-Serve gravy over open biscuits, and enjoy!
